Can you help to bring Hertford War Memorial 'to life' - to put on record for future generations something about each of the fallen, so that they aren't just 'names' but real people?

A book is being produced for publication whose aim is to give some detail on each of the men and women commemorated, as well as tracing the history of the memorial itself.
